For the third Issue of Magneto Was Right I wanted to slightly move away from a completely Digital artwork and contacted Brianna to re-create a sketch version of Malcolm X in the Magneto helmet. I Initially intended for the sketch to be coloured in but when I saw it I liked it so much that I wanted to use it for the cover. I used some imagery from a classic magneto comic book as a background and let the sketch sit in the front with a larger image of the the face in the corner because I wanted the viewer to clearly see that it was not the regular Magneto in the helmet but Malcolm X.
